Story of Barchef International Inc.

Mr. Marlon Casio and Jane Frances Salape founded The Barchef in 2013. The ideal concept was to present a competition for bartending and cooking at the same time in Cebu City. With their event being a success every year even foreign participants all over Asia showing interest in the event, The competition's mechanics and master class were improved to meet their needs. Because of Covid19 and pandemic restrictions, the event was postponed for the last three years. Barchef has continued to improve online training over the past three years and has given South Korea access to Barchef certification. Our team is now anticipating Barchef 8 in 2023.
